Claiming rules

A few things to keep in mind before asking for a bishounen.

• The guys from the bishies page can't be claimed, they are already.
• Only anime and manga characters can be claimed.
• You can claim as many bishounen as you want each time.
• Provide me a working email, as I'll send the signs directly there.
• The sign must be online and visible on at least 1 site page.
• The sign must have a link (text quote or direct one) to Skyblue.
